Payment and Cancellation Policies

I understand that life's circumstances can sometimes require changes to scheduled appointments. To ensure the smooth operation of our coaching sessions and to respect both your time and ours, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your coaching session. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client in need.

2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be considered late cancellations.

3. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for a scheduled session and do not provide any notice, it will be considered a no-show.

4. Fees for Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Late cancellations and no-shows will be subject to a $125.00 fee. This fee is intended to cover the time set aside for your session.

5. Exceptions: I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, we will evaluate the situation on an individual basis and may waive the fee.

6. Communication: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please get in touch with me as soon as possible. You can do so by emailing info@northstarlifedesign.com.

7. Rescheduling: I encourage you to reschedule your session at a mutually convenient time if you cannot attend the originally scheduled appointment.

8. Refunds: Refunds within a coaching package will not be provided for late cancellations, no-shows, or unused sessions.

9. Policy Updates: This cancellation policy is subject to change, and any updates will be communicated to clients in advance.
