Hi! Welcome to North Star Life Design. I am Kristy, your certified life coach, and Jay Shetty Certification School graduate. I also hold a Master of Arts in Humane Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design.

I have spent my life in service-related and creative fields, from the hospitality industry to publishing and being a published writer. I became a Jay Shetty Certified Life Coach because I built my life around creating relationships and helping others reach their fullest potential. My life evolved around a saying that my grandmother taught me at a young age: Leave Everything Better Than You Found It.

The knowledge and skills I have developed allow me to help others reach their full potential and create a better world. My goals and passions are steeped in creativity and finding creative solutions to life's challenges. I am an out-of-the-box person
and believe our story is not only about our destination but the journey we create.
